The InterlacED Learning Mentor role is perfect for educators who love mentoring, supporting, and connecting with students in a fun, flexible, and fast-paced environment. This isn’t your typical learning mentor job—you’ll have a front-row seat to real student growth, help implement innovative lessons, and support our teachers and school across all areas.

The InterlacED Teacher delivers instruction in both in-person and digital learning environments. This role interlaces:
Teachers are responsible for implementing and monitoring the InterlacED curriculum while developing engaging, data-informed lessons and interventions.
Multi-campus expectation: Teachers must be willing to serve students at both our Frisco and Southlake campuses based on enrollment needs and scheduling. You will only be at one campus per day, coordinated in advance.
Average class size is ~12 students, with occasional small subgroups added based on need.
Startup mentality: We are small, growing, and collaborative. You’ll often jump in to support other teachers, campus initiatives, or student projects—no “that’s not my job” mindset here.
Hourly rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience, certification, and leadership responsibilities

Q: What are the guaranteed hours?
A: Minimum 28 hours/week during instructional months, up to 32–35 hours/week depending on role and schedule. Hourly pay varies depending on scheduled instructional hours, student enrollment, and optional opportunities. Full-time hours approximate 28–37.5 hours/week during the school year, with paid planning/tutoring days included.

A: Hourly rate is competitive and depends on experience, certification, and leadership responsibilities. For reference, full-time teachers working the standard school-year schedule (28–37.5 hours/week, Sept–May) typically earn $32–$42/hour, with additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses and optional summer work. Total pay will vary depending on scheduled hours and enrollment.
