Position Overview

As an InterlacED Learning Mentor, you will:

  • Support the teacher in all classroom activities, both in-person and online
  • Assist in active learning classrooms when appropriate, helping students engage in hands-on experiences
  • Support the teacher’s administrative load—grading, providing feedback, lesson prep, and classroom setup
  • Jump in wherever needed across the school:
    • Mentoring or tutoring students or small groups
    • Helping staff prepare materials or lessons
    • Supporting administrative projects aligned with Critical Life Skills, Business Experience, and Kingdom Values
    • Other tasks that keep our school running smoothly and innovatively

This position is highly flexible, making it perfect for retired teachers, part-time educators, or anyone wanting meaningful work without a full-time commitment.


Essential Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with students and create a positive, supportive learning environment
  • Support teachers with lesson implementation, grading, feedback, and classroom prep
  • Assist with individualized student learning and small group instruction
  • Use asynchronous and synchronous tools to support student engagement

Position Overview

The InterlacED Teacher delivers instruction in both in-person and digital learning environments. This role interlaces:

Teachers are responsible for implementing and monitoring the InterlacED curriculum while developing engaging, data-informed lessons and interventions.


Multi-campus expectation: Teachers must be willing to serve students at both our Frisco and Southlake campuses based on enrollment needs and scheduling. You will only be at one campus per day, coordinated in advance.


Instructional Schedule & Work Week

  • K–5 Onsite: Mon, Tue, Thur – 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • 6–8 Onsite: Mon, Tue, Thur – 12:30 PM–3:30 PM
  • HS Onsite: Mon, Tue, Thur – 9:00 AM–12:00 PM or 12:30–3:30 PM depending on enrollment needs
  • Prep, grading, lesson planning, and tutoring: Wednesday and Friday (paid planning days—no unpaid work at home)


Average class size is ~12 students, with occasional small subgroups added based on need.

A: Minimum 28 hours/week during instructional months, up to 32–35 hours/week depending on role and schedule.  Hourly pay varies depending on scheduled instructional hours, student enrollment, and optional opportunities. Full-time hours approximate 28–37.5 hours/week during the school year, with paid planning/tutoring days included.

PT - DFW Local Development Manager

This role is essential to student acquisition and community engagement, ensuring families learn about and enroll in ParagonED. The Local Development Manager will represent our mission at events, conferences, and community gatherings, actively engaging with parents and students. They will also support on-site activities, remote outreach, and strategic partnerships to grow our presence in Texas.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list is not exhaustive; responsibilities may adjust based on enrollment needs and strategic goals.

  • Serve as a ParagonED brand ambassador, effectively communicating our Critical Life Skills, Business Experience, and Kingdom Values approach to potential families.
  • Identify and attend relevant community events, school fairs, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote enrollment.
  • Set up and manage informational tables at events, engaging parents and students in meaningful conversations.
  • Organize local marketing campaigns and collaborate with the team on strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, churches, and community leaders to develop referral partnerships.
  • Follow up with prospective families, guiding them through the enrollment process.

Administrator Fellowship (1-Year)

Are you an aspiring educational administrator looking for a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in a tight-knit, caring school community? Do you have a passion for innovative teaching methods, fostering career-readiness, critical life skills, and Kingdom Values in students?


The ParagonED Administrator Fellowship is an immersive training program designed to prepare future campus administrators for full-time building administrator roles within our organization. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive environment, while also contributing to the success of our K-8 InterlacED* educational model. 


NOTE: All future ParagonED administrators MUST complete this fellowship program.
